Allergy Information
Although our ingredients are listed on this site and on our packaging,
we provide the following information as an extra precaution for allergy sufferers. We process milk chocolate
and tree nuts on our kitchen equipment. Unfortunately, if you suffer from general or specific tree
nut allergies, our products may not be suitable for your consumption. In addition, the chocolate we use is manufactured
on the same equipment that also makes products containing tree nuts and milk.
Our Ingredients
In order
to enjoy all the distinctive tastes in our various chocolates, we use only the freshest, all natural ingredients we can find.
All our products are freshly handmade daily in small batches to ensure the best quality. The Marzipan House™ will not use preservatives, artificial additives,
fillers, flavor enhancers, or other synthetic ingredients that can be found in other marzipan chocolates.
In
our various recipes, we use combinations of the following ingredients:
Fresh whole tree nuts: Pecans, Walnuts, Hazelnuts and California
Almonds
The finest Belgian couverture chocolate (Milk & Dark)
High quality,
fresh roasted Espresso (from a local micro-roaster, Watergap Coffee Co.™ )
“Dutch Process” cocoa powder
Pure Cane Sugar
Spring
Water
