In order to enjoy all the distinctive tastes in our various chocolates, we use only the freshest, all natural ingredients we can find.  All our products are freshly handmade daily in small batches to ensure the best quality. The Marzipan House™ will not use preservatives, artificial additives, fillers, flavor enhancers, or other synthetic ingredients that can be found in other marzipan chocolates.  

Since the “base” of all our marzipan (and other) pastes is tree nuts, we use only fresh, quality whole tree nuts to provide the best taste and consistency.  All of the following ingredients are carefully blended using our own special homemade recipes:

Fresh whole tree nuts: Pecans, Walnuts, Hazelnuts and California Almonds

The finest Belgian couverture chocolate (Milk & Dark)

High quality, fresh roasted Espresso (from a local micro-roaster, Watergap Coffee Co.™ )

“Dutch Process” cocoa powder

Pure Cane Sugar

Spring water

In addition, our Artisan Chocolates & Candy Favorites contain only natural ingredients.  All of our products are gluten free.
