we receive your order.
We ship all of our orders by the U.S. Postal
Service Priority Mail, which delivers to most addresses in the continental USA within 2 postal business
days (including Saturdays). Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii usually
take another postal business day. You will receive a
confirmation e-mail with a tracking number when each order ships. We follow each shipment on-line until the USPS
confirms delivery. Please note that USPS Priority Mail does
not guarantee delivery by a specific date. When you receive your chocolates, store them
in a cool, dry place and enjoy them by the "Best before" date on each label. The
couverture chocolate we use will melt when kept for a long enough time at about 98o F. (That's why chocolate melts
so easily in your mouth). In order to ensure that your chocolates arrive in good condition, we take precautions
when preparing shipments. During warm months and when delivering to Warm
Weather States, orders are shipped with non-toxic refrigerant gel packs and insulated with thermal foil bubble wrap. During
severe cold weather, we insulate with thermal foil bubble wrap to prevent the chocolates from freezing. Currently we only deliver to the USA (50 states and Washington, D.C.).
